I am angry that you have renewed my subscription without advising me. I am fed up with the site and I will be out of the country for all of October and November.
I just want to leave! Please organise this as I will be blocking payments and please refund the £19.99 you took from my account today.

My uncle married a 2nd time, he met his wife on J7Dream.com
- I joined it too because its easy to meet Ukrainian women now: they are spread all over the world now and there are so many of them in my country! I am more than satisfied so far.
Ive been meeting very beautiful women in my preferred age range. So please dont be conned into OurTime fraud. They took to misleading their customers.
All they can offer you is corresponding with their numerous bots. You get some messages from the women who havent even viewed your profile.

I pay my subscription but is not working
I created an account and I paid, but after 20 minutes my account switched off by itself. When I attempted to log in, it said ERROR and wouldn't work. I then created a new account with a different email which is functioning, but I can't send messages or photos to OurTime to prove that I've paid for a subscription, even though it's operational.

Hi Match.com, Our Time has just charged me £34.99. I have never used them.
I have used Match before, but it expired on the 16th of July and I have not renewed it. So, who do I complain to?
I am not one bit happy about it. I would understand if I had used it, but I never have.

Bank transaction refund as not agreed by myself
There was a transaction on my banking app taken from UK Match.com & Ireland for £39.99 on 19/07/2024 please refund this amount as I did not agree to this. When I signed up I signed for 1 month's subscription for £4.99 so not sure why you took £39.99 from my bank.
I have spoken with my bank and I have been advised to raise a visa dispute if this is not rectified.
Do not make any further transactions from my bank
I look forward to hearing from you regarding my refund

Resolved: Yoi mistakenly pressed i was a man looking for a man,im actually looking for a woman, sent customer services 3 messages,no reply or action taken u have me as a man looking for a man,this is wrong
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They said they couldn't fix the problem from they're end, to uninstall the app reinstall it and start again, it worked but they didn't offer me anything for the days that were wasted after I had paid.
Not happy, tried to ring customer services, no answer, sent 3 messages, nothing, it seems like they don't care as long as you pay the money, if they don't fix the problem, I will give a really bad review, and I'm not that kind of person.

Resolved: Can't open my account and no Customer Care contact available.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Account reinstated
I paid for a subscription last night and just tried to log in this morning. I am not able to access my account and it doesn't send me an email to change my password. Customer Care is not available by phone, all calls are cut off after 3 rings.

Can’t make contact with our time
No one will speak with me. I think it's maybe a scam.
Why will no one speak to me? Our time is very friendly in the beginning, but when there is an issue, Our Time cannot be reached.
